Discera selects GuideTech Femto 2000 Continuous Time Interval Analyzer
to test MEMS Oscillators in production
Sunnyvale, CA – May 30, 2007 – GuideTech, the leading provider of high-throughput precision test and measurement instruments for the semiconductor design and manufacturing industries, today announced Discera has selected and ordered the Femto 2000 Continuous Time Interval Analyzers. Discera is a world leader in CMOS MEMS resonator technology and provider of next-generation timing solutions.
