Teradyne J750 and GuideTech TIA for Production Test

Sunnyvale, CA – July 11, 2007–GuideTech, the leading provider of high-throughput precision test and measurement instruments for the semiconductor design and manufacturing industries, today announced a major San Jose, CA based clock integrated circuit manufacturer has selected the GuideTech Time Interval Analyzer and Teradyne J750.

"This was a joint effort between Teradyne and Guidetech to provide a cost effective manufacturing test solution for the growing multi-function clock chip market that is used in portable electronics", said Frank McKiney, GuideTech's CEO and president. "We are especially excited because of the large Teradyne J750 installed base, it is a multi-site application, we are measuring PCI-Express including spread spectrum USB, audio, and video clock performance."
