GuideTech Appoints Van Limburg Engineering as European Distributor
and Southern California Representative

Sunnyvale, CA – August 27, 2007–GuideTech, the leading provider of high-throughput precision test and measurement instruments for the semiconductor design and manufacturing industries, today announced the appointment of Van Limburg Engineering B.V. (VLE) as the representative of the company’s precision timing systems in Europe and Southern California. VLE will support GuideTech’s expansion into new markets and strategic semiconductor companies.
