Teradyne and GuideTech have developed a high-speed time measurement solution that fully integrates the FEMTO 2000 multi-channel time interval analyzer (TIA) into the Teradyne FLEX platform.

This provides a cost competitive & production-worthy solution for critical timing tests. The FEMTO 2000 is fully integrated into the FLEX programming environment, natively available in IG-XL from within the user’s test program.
